| Trăng có khi tròn, hi khuyết, nước thủy triều có lúc lên lúc xuống. Người ta ở đời cũng vậy, có khi thành, có khi bại, chỉ quý là thành công ta không kiêu, thất bại ta không nản. Cư xử việc đời chỉ cốt khỏi thẹn với lương tâm, tâm hồn bình thản. Sauk hi làm tròn nhiệm vụ con người, ta có thể tự hào mà nói: “Bình sinh ta không chịu lụy kẻ có thế lực. Ta công kích những kẻ làm sằng, ta kính phục những điều hay lẽ phải và ta không thẹn với cha ông đã sinh ra ta”. |
The
moon waxes and the wanes; the tide rises and then ebbs. It is the same with
man; he sometimes succeeds and sometimes fails, but the important thing is that
in our success we shouldn’t be arrogant and in our failure, we shouldn’t be
despaired. Whe should behave ourselves in such a way not to be ashamed of our
conscience, and our mind is at peace. After fulfilling our duty, we may be
proud to say: “In my lifetime, I have never resigned myselves to the powerful,
I fight against those who do anything wrong, I respect the good and right; and
thus I don’t feel ashmed towards my ancestors.
